Our Story
Burger Lab was born in the 16th District, the place my partner and I call home. We understand the local lifestyle: the fast-paced juggle of work, family, and fitness. Too often, a busy schedule means sacrificing quality food—particularly in suburban areas where 'good' food usually requires a time-consuming trip downtown. We wanted to change that.
We wanted to find the solution to this exact problem.
OUR GOAL
Over the last few years, the passion for craft burgers completely hooked us. We’re burger lovers ourselves, but we realized that for a truly memorable experience, you often have to travel far. We felt it was time to change that perspective.
Our goal was to create a high-quality, craft burger joint that is accessible in the suburbs while maintaining the standard of top downtown spots. A place where service is fast, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and great food is available at affordable prices—without compromises.
And that is how Burger Lab was born.
